Whether for boilers, turbines, engines, fans, or process plants, the application range of industrial silencers is extremely broad. Just like in the element sector, basic silencer types such as absorption silencers, resonance silencers, reflection silencers, combined exhaust silencers, or sound insulation cores for insertion into a freestanding chimney are available for industrial applications.
The product range is complemented by specially designed custom forms for the industrial sector, including square curtain silencers, vertical silencers, and coated standard steel silencers, primarily used in engine applications, with wall thicknesses between 2 and 10 mm.
Our industrial silencers are made from different materials such as stainless steel 1.4301, 1.4571, 1.4828, or steel grades S235JR and Corten, depending on the chemical and mechanical stresses. As diverse as the materials used are the options for connection systems (welding ends, flanges according to DIN, factory standards), connection positions, mounting elements, and surface finishes.
