Trade Fair Appearances 2025
The upcoming year brings exciting trade fair appearances. We will kick off in March with the "ISH" in Frankfurt am Main, taking place from March 17th to 21st. Our booth C48 is located in Hall 11.0, centrally on the ground floor of the hall.
Next, in April, we will be at the "World of Fireplaces," the international trade fair for stoves and cozy living environments in Leipzig. At this fair, which will take place for the second time in 2025, we look forward to welcoming you to our booth in Hall 5, Stand F51.

Active Smoke Extractor E-FLOW-RS
The E-FLOW-RS has been specially developed to improve draft in fireplaces with low nominal heat output in single-family homes. With its flue gas fan, it creates a stronger negative pressure in the chimney, thereby assisting with the ignition of fuel.
It can also be easily activated using the included remote control when refueling, preventing smoke from entering the living space.
Together with the included terminal adapter, the E-FLOW-RS is an easy-to-install plug-and-play solution for Jeremias stainless steel chimneys.

DW-GREY & DW-WHITE
The highly successful launch of our DW-BLACK system has prompted us to introduce two additional popular colors as new variants of the double-walled exhaust system: DW-WHITE (RAL 9010M) and DW-GREY (RAL 7016M).
The system components, powder-coated in anthracite grey or pure white with 25mm insulation, are priced the same as their black counterparts and are also available for quick delivery.

Donation Handing Over to Kindergartens
On the occasion of the "5 Years Garden Show" anniversary, we had the honor of being the first company to host the association's cabin in Wassertrüdingen for two wonderful days.
With picturesque sunsets overlooking the Wörnitz, visitors were able to truly relax and enjoy themselves, while being well taken care of.
A selection of refreshing wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks was offered, accompanied by the aroma of freshly grilled sausages and grill cheese in the air.
The proceeds from the entire weekend, amounting to 3,000 euros, were donated equally to the Protestant daycare "Unterm Himmelszelt" and the Catholic Kneipp children's home "St. Walburga" in Wassertrüdingen to support valuable projects there.
Our heartfelt thanks go to the organizers, Martin and Holger, all the colleagues who helped, and the many guests. In short, to everyone who made this event a great success. We look forward to participating again next year!
Acquisition of Xvent
Jeremias Group Acquires Czech Company Xvent
Jeremias has acquired a majority stake in the Czech company Xvent, an innovative specialist in ventilation and heating systems and a pioneer in the development and production of state-of-the-art heat recovery units.
With this acquisition, we will strengthen our position in the strategically important sector of residential ventilation in Europe and, together with Xvent, drive the widespread adoption of the most efficient and modern heat recovery systems.
We look forward to developing new solutions together, exciting the market with innovative technology, and positioning both brands as leaders in controlled mechanical ventilation in more than 40 countries.
