Free-Standing Steel Chimney with Statically Load-Bearing Flue

When the classic modular chimney reaches its limits, the single-flue FSB can be a sensible alternative.
 

For the welded and insulated flue, which also serves as a statically load-bearing element, pressures of over 7000 Pa and cantilevers of more than 7 meters are not an issue.

The FSB bridges the gap between the modular chimney and the classic free-standing steel chimney (FSA) and is usually secured to the building with one or more brackets.

With its cladding, this version appears as elegant and architecturally appealing as a modular chimney.

  • Exhaust gas flue as a statically load-bearing element
  • Construction height depends on the number of possible wall connections and the free cantilever above the last connection point
  • Max. exhaust gas temperature 400°C (no solid fuels)
