Fine dust particle seperator
Our fine dust particle separators significantly reduce fine dust emissions, thus contributing to the improvement of local air quality. They can be installed in both newly constructed and existing heating systems, ensuring compliance with local emission regulations.
In electrostatic particle separation, an electric field is generated inside the "Air Clean Top," which charges the dust particles in the flue gases and pushes them to the wall of the exhaust pipe, where they combine to form larger dust particles. These can then be easily removed during maintenance by the chimney sweep. The chimney draft is not affected by the use of a fine dust separator.
Air Clean Top
The "Air Clean Top" is an electrostatic fine dust separator for wood or pellet heating systems up to 50 kW and is mounted on the chimney outlet. It can be connected to both stainless steel chimneys and (with an appropriate VA-pipe insert) ceramic chimneys and masonry chimneys.
Air Clean Brick
The electrostatic fine dust separator "Air Clean Brick" is used for single-room stoves and automatic wood heating systems up to 100 kW. Installation is preferably done in the attic, allowing for easy and accessible maintenance.
