GENIUS
GENIUS is a decentralized ventilation unit with heat recovery that ensures energy-efficient ventilation in residential and commercial buildings. It enables continuous air exchange, improves indoor air quality, and simultaneously reduces heat loss by recovering energy from the exhaust air.
The ventilation unit prevents moisture buildup and thus mold growth by ensuring constant air exchange. At the same time, the GENIUS contributes to energy savings, as the recovered heat is used instead of being lost. With integrated filters, the GENIUS also improves air quality by reducing pollutants and optimizing CO₂ levels in rooms.
Thanks to various control options, it can be flexibly adapted to individual needs, providing comfortable, efficient, and healthy room ventilation. In addition to vertical and horizontal installation, various positioning options and bypass functions are available. Moisture recovery thanks to an enthalpy exchanger can also be installed if required.
Summer bypass function:
On cool summer nights, in addition to normal ventilation (e.g., through window ventilation), the unit's bypass function can also be used. The bypass directs the exhaust air around the heat exchanger, thus preventing the "cool" fresh air from being heated by the warm exhaust air.
Heat recovery in winter
The warm exhaust air preheats the cold fresh air – this keeps the heat in the house and saves energy.
