Planning and construction

The foundation of our high quality lies not only in qualified professionals and state-of-the-art machinery but also in the design, which plays an incredibly important role as the basis for every project.

To meet these demands, we use the latest 3D design programs, which provide not only highly visual 3D representations but also an excellent basis for manufacturing. Specifically, 3D pipeline planning is extremely helpful for all involved, as overlaps or collisions are often not visible in 2D views.

This is supported by a production management system that optimizes the processes in daily project operations and ensures secure, auditable data transfer.

Production

To meet the highest standards, we process our various materials (primarily stainless steel and carbon steel in different grades) on separate machines in dedicated production halls.

This ensures we avoid the risk of quality loss due to contact corrosion. To maintain our quality at the highest level, we have a state-of-the-art machinery setup and exclusively employ trained professionals in metalworking, such as certified welders, in-house welding engineers, and welding specialists.

At the same time, we are members of professional associations, regularly update our certifications, and obtain certificates to confirm the excellence of our product quality and manufacturing processes.

Transport and assembly

In addition to design and production, we also offer turnkey installation of the services we provide.

Starting with site inspections and coordinating cranes and platforms, our project managers ensure the required lifting equipment is available on time for the installation period.

Together with internationally oriented partner companies, Jeremias carries out the installation of steel chimneys and flue gas systems for all applications far beyond Germany.

Long-length transports can be easily handled in Germany and neighboring countries, with lengths of up to 40 meters. Through long-standing logistics partners, we guarantee timely and flawless delivery to the installation site.

For overseas transports, our professionally trained staff is happy to take care of customs clearance and shipping.

Condition Monitoring

Steel chimneys and exhaust systems can be damaged by environmental factors, aggressive substances, or changed operating conditions and mechanical stresses, which may endanger safety or take the system out of service.

EN 1993-3-2 (formerly DIN V 4133) regulates inspection intervals, at least every 2 years, and more frequently for heavily loaded systems. The operator is therefore obligated to have regular inspections by a qualified expert and to document the inspections.

Our inspections ensure the proper condition of your facility. We offer the following checks:

  • Condition monitoring according to EN 1993-3-2
  • Interior and exterior inspections as well as site visits
  • Camera-guided inspections of the interior ducts
  • Wall thickness testing / coating thickness measurement on steel chimneys
  • Verification of obstacle lighting
  • Verification of the lightning protection system
  • Inspection and approval of safety systems according to DIN 4131 (e.g., climbing protection systems)
  • Preparation and presentation of an inspection report including photo documentation
