Combined silencers
Breitbandig abgestimmte Dämpfung
If broadband noise reduction is required, the resonance and absorption principles can be combined in a single silencer.
In the first section of the silencer, low-frequency noise is primarily dampened by directing it from the exhaust pipe through a perforated sheet into the outer cavities, where it is reduced. In the second part, the classic absorption section provides additional reduction of mid- and high-frequency sound.
