Benefits

More than just work

Nothing is more important for a company than motivated employees. To ensure the right conditions are in place, we offer our employees many benefits that go far beyond the standard. Here, you can get a first impression of what you can expect at Jeremias:

With a monthly voluntary employer contribution exceeding the statutory minimum, we make an important contribution to the additional retirement security of our employees through company pension schemes.
With the company health insurance, we provide our employees with better healthcare at no additional cost. As part of the health budget, costs for various additional services such as eyewear, dental treatment/replacement, alternative medicine, preventive check-ups, or medications are covered.
Jeremias offers bicycle leasing through the well-known provider JobRad. The leasing rate is deducted via salary conversion, thereby reducing the taxable income and social security contributions. The annual bike inspection is covered by us as the employer.
Every day, a menu can be selected from a wide variety of dishes until 10:30 a.m. Promptly at 12:00 p.m., it is ready for pickup. Jeremias subsidizes each lunch menu with a contribution of 1,50€.
Jeremias offers all employees access to the "Corporate Benefits" platform, the market leader in employee discounts. Through this platform, our employees benefit from special conditions and discounts on leading brands.

Activities at Jeremias

At Jeremias, there are many different company or colleague-organized activities that promote team spirit and ensure fun outside of everyday work.

From the after-work beer group to joint excursions to the after-work party, there is something for everyone! Whether you win the betting round as a football expert or prefer to rev up on the motorcycle or MTB tour is entirely up to you!
